 As a Millwright at Drax, you will be essential in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plant operations. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment, supporting our commitment to sustainable energy production.

Operations Summer Student

Our Veneer Plant offers Summer Students the chance to learn and earn in a safe production environment.  You work with our production teams to make sure we produce lumber safely and efficiently, all while learning from the best and saving up for the next year of studies. General Production Employee

Content Coordinator

The Content Coordinator supports ITBC’s content operations, ensuring that digital assets are organized, accessible, and efficiently distributed to ITBC teams, Stakeholders, and external partners. This role provides logistical support across multiple departments, assisting with the execution of projects and enhancing ITBC’s storytelling initiatives. The Content Coordinator works closely with the Digital Content and Strategy Manager, providing administrative and operational support for corporate and consumer content projects and managing ITBC’s digital asset library.

Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator plays an important role in overseeing and facilitating various aspects of the ITBC Training & Learning Hub Program. This role has been specifically tailored to assist the Corporate Services team with managing training schedules, event registration, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback to evaluate overall effectiveness of training programs. Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary in this role, as the training coordinator acts as a central point of contact for all training-related activities.

Operations Supervisor

As Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead site Operations employees in safely carrying out all production-related activities while remaining in compliance with quality specifications and government regulations. Maintain a strong culture of teamwork, collaboration, and adherence to safety, respect, and operational policies at Drax. You’ll exemplify Drax’s Values, Vision and Mission while setting the standard for safety, production, budgets and team objectives.

Control Room Operator

As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for using HMI (computer system) tools, you will monitor all incoming fibre, managing the drying processes and production of pellets and finally the movement of pellets into railcars. You will ensure that the plant operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations, contributing to Drax’s mission of a zero-carbon, lower-cost energy future.
